- Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and non-vegetarian food are not allowed. At least 3 days before the retreat. And strictly prohibited during the retreat.
- Participation in any Tantra Nectar University program requires sincerity and openness about your spiritual journey.
- Once you book a program, we'll send you a meditation. Start practicing meditation before the retreat. This will help you get ready for some big changes in your life.
- If you have any serious injuries, illnesses, or surgeries at present or within the last 3 years, or any other health issues, please discuss this with our organizer before booking the seminar. Also, if you have any mental health issues and have had them within the last 3 years, please discuss the possibility of participating with the organizer.

The schedule of practices is flexible, but the overall picture and meaning of the retreat remain unchanged.
