1. Workshop Fee
This fee is paid to Tantra Nectar University and covers the educational program, training, course materials, and participation in all workshops and practices.
If you are unable to attend due to illness, personal circumstances, travel issues, visa delays or refusal, flight cancellation or missed flight, or any other unforeseen reason, 85% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
The remaining 15% is non-refundable and covers payment processing, bank fees, currency conversion, and administrative costs.
2. Accommodation & Meals
This fee is paid directly to the retreat center or hotel and covers accommodation, meals, and the use of the venue facilities.
As reservations are confirmed with our venue partners in advance, this portion becomes non-refundable 62 days before the workshop begins.
